In accordance with various County Public Health Orders throughout the State, and with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), we are immediately restricting visitation to our communities. All visitors will be screened at the concierge desk and all “non-essential personnel” will not be permitted to visit.
Non-essential personnel is defined as not having a direct, actionable function in supporting a resident’s care or not vital to the operations of the community.
Essential personnel include: Ashlan team members, medical service providers, approved vendors, prospective residents inquiring for care needs, licensing staff, law enforcement and first responders.
Approved vendors include those vendors whose visit is vital to the operations of the community such as: Community food delivery personnel, contract support staff, necessary maintenance personnel. Vendors must have prior approval from the Executive Director to be considered an Approved Vendor and allowed entry.
All essential personnel and approved vendors must check in at the front desk and will be screened for the following:
Anyone who answers “Yes” to any of the above questions will not be permitted entry.
Exceptions to this visitation policy will be limited to end-of-life situations or upon approval from the community management team only.
